Netcordia offers flexible education and training services to meet your schedule. Whether you choose onsite or online training, our educators use best practices to make sure you are comfortable with our solutions—and ready to take full advantage of their capabilities.
2-Day Onsite Product Training
The NetMRI Product Training is a two-day lecture course with hands-on exposure to the NetMRI products and can be scheduled right at your site. In addition to getting started with the product, students will learn how to use NetMRI on a daily basis, how to interpret the information, and how to use its scripting capabilities to automate problem resolution.
Online Training Service
Netcordia offers flexible, one-on-one online training, on an hourly basis, between you and our professional services team using Webx, Go-to-Meeting, or some other remote web meeting technology. The training service is tailored to your needs. A Netcordia educator will "drive" your console and walk you through getting started with the product, answer questions, or help you with any other product-related issues. You can choose to receive training on any of the Netcordia products and there is no limit to the number of students who can attend online training—so feel free to invite your colleagues to the session!
